Oh, hello there! I'm Mary Le.
I'm a design leader with over a decade of multidisciplinary experience, guiding teams and creating human-centered designs grounded in strong relationships, empathy, and user research.
Outside of work, I'm motivated by curiosity and craft in all forms. I love traveling and exploring overlooked destinations, cooking and hosting family and close friends, and catching live shows (now with reserved seating, of course). I find joy in critiquing designs for bar coasters and restaurant menus, optimizing my interior living spaces, and continuously refining my life to be as beautiful, thoughtful, and efficient as the products I work on.
I can get lost in a deep flow state when designing in digital pixels or creating physical products, good thing my cat is always nearby to enforce food and play breaks.
I'm currently at Amplify Education, where I lead a team of product designers working across a wide range of products from internal tools to external educator products.
